Meet Barb.

We are all writers of our stories. Whether we actually put pen to paper is secondary.
Our lives speed down congested highways, spill into scary back alleys and traverse beautiful, hidden gardens. It all depends on the story we tell about it.
Exciting, dangerous, troubled. You choose the label. It’s all there.
I hope, like me, you have never had a boring moment. As long as we are here, there is something to do. When you’re not in a season of growing, help someone else grow.
I see myself as a teacher, a sounding board, an encourager, and a lover of words.
The longest stretch of my professional life was behind a microphone on the radio.
That is where I learned to facilitate conversation. I took what I learned into the classroom as a college instructor, onstage as an actor and storyteller in theater, and into small discussion groups.
I view my writings as small slices of life that have taught me something and propelled me forward. My hope is that when you read one of my stories it will cause you to pause, look up from your reading and contemplate something in a whole new way.
